Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) set-asides are a subset of SBA's Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract program. To qualify, a firm must meet every WOSB requirement and be owned and controlled by one or more women who are economically disadvantaged: each with personal net worth under $850,000, average adjusted gross income of $400,000 or less over three years, and $6.5 million or less in personal assets. Firms must be certified through the SBA Certifications portal before bidding. See SBA WOSB Federal Contract program.
